How This Store Works

The JSE Merchandise Store is an online platform intended to make the promotional gift ordering process a smooth and easy experience for all stakeholders. The store design is simple, intuitive and user-friendly.

The merchandise store is managed by Promoworld who is an existing vendor to the JSE. The store works in the following way:

• Products in the webstore

  • All items featured in the store have been pre-approved by the marketing department at JSE and are branded per the correct CI, no further artwork or approvals are necessary

  • If you are looking for a product not available in the store, please contact us directly and we will source and quote on the required product

  • The website functions as a catalogue, items are not kept in stock and orders are subject to stock availability and short branding lead times

  • Products in the webstore will be updated periodically in consultation with the JSE Marketing Department. We welcome any suggestions via email on products you would like to see in the store

• Order Lead Times

  • Standard lead times for branded orders are approximately 4-6 working days. For urgent orders, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.

• Pricing

  • Prices work on a quantity-based discount structure and once you enter your quantity you will be able to see the price for that item and quantity you require

  • All prices include branding

  • All prices exclude VAT, VAT is added at checkout

  • Please note that prices are subject to change periodically

• Delivery

  • All orders include delivery to the JSE offices or any other location within Johannesburg (one location per order), for orders with multiple delivery addresses, please use the contact form or email us for a quote

• Registration

  • You will be asked to register in order to be able view pricing and place orders on the website. This is a one-time process and once you have done this you will be able to log in for future visits.

• Quotes and Orders

  • Once you have selected the products you require, you can either generate a quote for PO purposes or place your order and upload your PO. Kindly note that a PO is required for us to proceed with any order
